Overview

Built in 1976 for USES, the Harriet Tubman House hosts a range of events, such as conferences, parties, computer classes, art and cultural activities and educational programs in its cafeteria, children's art center, classrooms, lobbies and conference rooms.

USES offers an adult basic education program that develops skills in reading, writing, math, science and social studies. Its after-school program offers structured, thematic activities for children on school days.
